KMZK 106.9 is growing and looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to add to our team.  This part-time position is 100% remote.  However, you must reside in the United States.

We offer a base hourly rate and a sales-based commission.

ALL INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON SATURDAY’S OR SUNDAY’S.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Make outgoing “cold” to “hot” calls to establish new business opportunities.

  • Discovering new advertising partners for the station.

  • Communicating potential advertising leads to the stations Sales Representative.

  • Keep in contact with our existing client base to maintain relationships and discover  new opportunities through cold calls or email.

  • React to and escalate client’s needs.

  • Be respondent to  incoming calls from new and existing clients.

106.9 Radio Z is currently seeking to hire a Radio Advertising Salesperson to join our team! You need to be self-motivated as this is a commissioned based position. Very sought after position that offers schedule flexibility and unlimited earning potential. We offer an the opportunity to earn up to 25% commission. This is a contract position. Responsibilities:

• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

• Establish sales goals daily, weekly and monthly

• Meet sales quotas

• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

• Represent station at local networking groups and events

• Be actively involved in community to establish new clientele

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, preference for media sales

• Strong leadership qualities

• Self motivated

• Familiarity with CRM platforms

• Ability to build rapport with clients
